Stainless Steel Balustrades and handrails are becoming very popular for both commercial and residential projects. B.P.I can cut, weld and polish Stainless Steel to a high standard. This gives off a consistent and elegant appearance that does not, unlike polished or power coated steel, chip, discolour or corrode.

Stainless Steel can be polished to various finishes, ie; Satin, Brushed or Mirror Finish. Glass brackets can also be made to suit these finishes.

Stainless Steel comes in 2 grades. 304 and 316. Whilst 304 is generally used, as it is less expensive, 316 is used more in coastal areas. This is due to the purity and the chrome content.

The beauty of Stainless Steel handrails and balustrades is that it can be
complemented by toughened glass infills, tie wires, tie bars or perforated steel infill panels. This all can give the effect of beauty and elegances to balconies or staircases alike.
